After work
While the workday still will not let go
On autopilot
And you want to feel alive and gathered again
In inner rush
While inside everything keeps running
A tense body
Even when there is time to rest
Yes, this is familiar to many of us
This is a gentle way to come back to yourself when the day’s tension still lives in your head and body. It is rooted in the Feldenkrais Method®, a unique somatic learning system through slow, gentle movement and attention-helping you return to more quiet, clarity, and support without pushing harder. You do not need to know anything in advance, be perfectly regular, or prepare. Just press play and give yourself a little space and attention.
A sequence you can return to whenever you need it
-by state, not
by schedule.
Method
Here you do not need to push yourself or chase a perfect outcome. Small, gentle movements help the nervous system notice extra tension and choose an easier, more natural way to move, breathe, and feel.
Not only subjective sensations
-30%
Anxiety decreases by the end of the fourth session
What that means in human terms
That means you do not have to wait months: after the first gentle sessions many people find it easier to exhale, settle, and truly release work tension by evening.

Client testimonials · ★★★★★
Start with the first lesson
Simply press play and go in order, without trying to take on everything at once
Repeat if you want
You can repeat the same lesson many times-that is normal
Choose by how you feel
Sometimes you need a lesson for gathering yourself, sometimes for exhale and release
Return at your own pace
Without pressure, without guilt, without the feeling that you did not do enough
It is a unique learning system through movement and attention. Instead of pushing the body with force, you help the nervous system notice extra tension and find an easier way to move, breathe, and feel. Here comfort matters more than effort, and less is often more.
Yes. These five audio lessons are built as a gentle entry for beginners: a short format, a clear start, and voice guidance without the feeling that you need skills in advance. You do not need to know the method, find a perfect pose, or do everything “correctly.”
You listen to the voice and make very gentle, slow movements within your own range. Attention matters more than effort: no need to rush, count repetitions, or try to be perfect. Most lessons are done lying down, in very comfortable, calm conditions. If you want to make a movement smaller or pause, that is okay too.
After work, in the morning, in a pause between tasks, or on a day when you only have energy to lie down. There is no perfect time-only the moment when you especially need an exhale.
That is normal. These five audio lessons do not require perfect discipline: you can go in order, repeat one lesson several times, and return when it is what you need right now.
The main format is five audio lessons, about 20 minutes each. There is also a short video introduction to quickly sense the pace, voice, and way of working. You can watch it first, then move calmly to the first lesson.

After one or two lessons my head felt clearer, it was easier to focus, anxiety eased, and my neck and shoulders relaxed after eight hours at a desk
